GENERAL TURNAROUND TIME:
Our woven fringe blankets, tote bags, cosmetic pouches, and tumblers typically ship within about a week, sometimes sooner, sometimes slightly longer around holiday times. You will receive tracking as soon as your order is dispatched. Please note that we are not able to accommodate any address or order changes or cancellations on any of these orders since they are processed immediately and sent directly into production within one hour of ordering.
HANDMADE, ART MERCHANDISE TURNAROUND TIME:
Our handmade, hand-printed art items, such as tees, bodysuits, pullovers, and mugs, tend to take anywhere from 1-2 weeks, but sometimes sooner, as they are handmade to order by us in our home workshop in Arizona! Some items ship immediately, others take up to the full turnaround time. Around holiday times and depending on seasonal order surges, production time may increase by a few days to one week. Please note that we cannot rush our handmade items since they take time to make and everything is done by hand.
Please keep our turnaround time in mind when ordering our items, especially items for children, who tend to grow quickly. We recommend ordering up. Our hand-printed art merchandise is unique and individually printed so no two pieces are exactly alike. They are not mass produced and good things take time!
If you have an order that includes items such as blankets and hand-printed items, (items with different turnaround times), as a courtesy we typically send your order out in multiple packages. You may receive a partial order where one piece arrives more quickly. This will almost always be the case with mugs, which ship in their own boxes.

Please consult sizing charts prior to purchasing. Some items are offered in different styles e.g. slouchy versus unisex tees. If you are unsure how a particular style will fit, unisex often runs true to size or slightly larger and is a good option that fits most body types.
The Pine Torch uses USPS First Class Mail shipping for Domestic Shipping under one pound, or DHL for heavier items. The Domestic Shipping fee includes Tracking. First Class mail typically takes 3-5 Business Days and Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days or sometimes longer if there are delays at the post office or sorting facility. The Pine Torch is not responsible for shipping delays nor do we guarantee shipping times, which can fluctuate especially during holidays. Please note that due to COVID, there are shipping, scanning, and general delays across-the-board that are out of our control.
The Pine Torch uses USPS First Class Mail International for International Shipping. The International fee includes a Customs Number. Expected International Delivery Date is 6-10 Business days to many major markets. In my experience, orders to Australia can take up to 3-5 weeks, so allow enough time for holiday packages to arrive. Actual transit time may vary for origin and destination. We are not responsible for any customs fees.
We ship packages with delivery confirmation and tracking. Once a package is marked "delivered," The Pine Torch is not responsible for missing packages due to theft or postal error. If you have not received a package marked "delivered," please check with your local post office.
A RUSH ORDER fee means that your order will move to the front of the work queue. We do our best to get started on orders as soon as possible, but understand if you have a special day in mind to receive your package (e.g. pregnancy announcement, birthday, etc.)
Please order sizes carefully, as each item is custom made for you and so all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error with your order.
Please note that The Pine Torch reserves all rights to designs and may release custom designs to the public as we see fit. Custom charges will not be refunded if the design is made public.
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours after your order is placed. Since we are a made-to-order shop, each order is custom printed. Cancellations after 24-hour period of time will be eligible for shop credit only. Woven blankets are final sale and no cancellations are able to be made, as production begins immediately.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.
